1）“Decision” series Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Vessel have been built by NanTong COSCO Shipyard for Vroon Offshore Services. The series Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Vessel is mainly used for the installation and maintenance of offshore wind power generation equipment and facilities, and available for transporting the Wind Turbine from land to installation position of offshore in ship’s power, stating up from floating condition in the sea to completely out of the surface of sea, installing Wind Turbine Structure in the ship’s crane. TA1 type Integral protuberant stretching cable trays produced by our company have been installed in this project ,resulting the weight reduced by at least 40% than original welding type cable trays. 2) MT “Sun Rising” converting from Oil Tank to FPSO，which DaLian COSCO Shipyard undertake for MODEC.It is the first time that associated gas from the separation of carbon dioxide，gas reinjection and so on a number of the world’s leading technology have been applied on this vessel，creating the deepest working water depth record after this conversion. The ship’s conversion creating three first in the world, is the first on the FPSO installation of SPS bulkhead (Sandwich plate metal polyurethane elastomer), for the first time on the FPSO using SCR (steel catenary riser), for the first time on the FPSO installation CO2 processing module. Welded heavy duty cable trays produced by our company have been installed in this project, beautiful appearance, strong bearing capacity.
