"Hope" series drum type deepwater drilling platform designed and built by COSCO Shipyard, belongs to the sixth generation of new offshore drilling platform. It is the highest in technical level and the strongest leading high-end product of world’s offshore drilling platforms. This platform is designed for operating depth of 3000 meters and drilling depth of 12000 meters, configurating the most advanced DP-3 dynamic positioning and mooring system in the world and normal working under the 10 stage wave of bad sea state. TA3 type Integral protuberant stretching cable trays produced by our company have been installed in this project ,resulting the weight reduced by at least 40% than original welding type cable trays.
